InboxBay is the product name. This marketing site is inboxbay.work. The live workspace is demo.inboxbay.work. Login is at demo.inboxbay.work/app/login. Write us at hello@inboxbay.work.
We have not published a registered legal entity name, office address, or team directory on this site. Do not treat a missing HQ as a Dubai office — we have not listed one. If that changes, it will appear here and on Contact.
Chatwoot MIT core. InboxBay overlay.
InboxBay is a shared inbox on a Chatwoot MIT core, with an InboxBay overlay. First screens in the app can still show the upstream Chatwoot interface. That is honest, not a secret. Chatwoot is open source under the MIT license. InboxBay is the product you sign into at demo.inboxbay.work.
We connect to the WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger, email, and live-chat accounts you already have. We do not replace those products. Meta still operates WhatsApp and Instagram. We are not a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider.
What you can use today.
Once channels are connected, the team can work a shared inbox: assignment, collision detection, notes, mentions, labels, saved replies, search, automations, and round-robin. A person still sends every reply.
Coming soon — not sold as live: suggested replies, autonomous answering, and agency white-label (custom logo, name, colors, branded client portal). Published plans are Starter AED 499, Growth AED 999, Business AED 1999 per month. See pricing.
