A short privacy note.
Marketing site only.

InboxBay is the product name. Write hello@inboxbay.work if you want something deleted.

The pages on inboxbay.work are public marketing. If you email us, we read that message so we can reply. We do not sell that correspondence. Ask and we will delete the email thread we still have.

The product workspace is at demo.inboxbay.work. Account and conversation data for that host live there, not on this marketing site. We will not invent a full subprocessors list or a data-residency claim we have not published.

This site does not ask for payment details. List prices are Starter AED 499, Growth AED 999, and Business AED 1,999 per workspace per month; checkout is on the demo (Ziina) after a 7-day trial. WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels you connect remain operated by those providers. Their terms still apply.

A first-party event collector on this host records page views and button clicks (pricing, demo, mailto, WhatsApp). That post includes the path and, if we already stored them, first-touch campaign fields (utm_source and friends, landing path, referrer). It does not include passwords, payment-card fields, or the text of a WhatsApp or inbox conversation. Ask hello@inboxbay.work and we will delete the rows we still have.

We set a first-touch cookie (ib_ft, copied to localStorage) and a last-touch cookie (ib_lt) so a later signup can keep the campaign that brought someone here. First-touch is written once. Last-touch is refreshed and is not used for attribution. These are first-party cookies on inboxbay.work.

Analytics and ads cookies load only after you answer the banner (ib_consent). Reject keeps the site working without vendor scripts. Accept analytics loads Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (session replay with form inputs masked). Accept all also loads Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Ads — and only if those measurement IDs are configured on the deploy. We do not publish the IDs on this page.

That choice is meant to follow UAE PDPL and EU-style consent: no analytics or ads pixels until you opt in. /internal/marketing is an internal dashboard (noindex, key-gated) and is not a public profile of visitors.
