If you want to operate the OSS yourself, stay on Chatwoot. If you want the hosted product plus overlay, that is InboxBay.
We do not publish ratings, review counts, or “we are cheaper” claims. Pricing changes. InboxBay list prices are Starter AED 499, Growth AED 999, and Business AED 1,999 per workspace per month, with a 7-day trial. Pick a tool on the job it does, then confirm numbers with each vendor.

Should I self-host Chatwoot instead?
Yes, if you want to run the OSS yourself — infra, upgrades, and the Chatwoot product as Chatwoot ships it. InboxBay is the hosted product at demo.inboxbay.work for teams that do not want to operate that stack.
Is InboxBay cheaper than Chatwoot?
We will not say that, and we do not invent a Chatwoot price. Self-hosting Chatwoot has its own infra and time cost. Chatwoot Cloud has its own packaging — confirm on Chatwoot’s site. Do you have ratings or scores versus Chatwoot?
No. This page has no star ratings, review counts, or awards. Those would be invented.
Does InboxBay include live AI?
No. Saved replies and automations — including round-robin — are live. Suggested replies and autonomous answering are coming soon. A person still sends every reply.
Who pays Meta’s WhatsApp message fees?
Meta bills WhatsApp per delivered template or marketing message. Conversation-based pricing was deprecated as of 1 July 2025. InboxBay does not collect or mark up Meta’s fees. You keep the WhatsApp Business number.
